A logistics company in Oldbury is seeking a part-time Co-ordinator to manage work allocation for couriers. You'll ensure adherence to client service levels and maintain high customer care standards. The Co-ordinator would be expected to handle a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running of the Operations Department. They would monitor the allocation of work to couriers, ensuring adherence to client service levels. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our operations.
This is a part time position working 22 hours across Saturday and Sunday.
