A leading transport infrastructure company based in Glasgow is seeking a Permanent Operational Safety Advisor to enhance HSEQ compliance within the Woodside Viaduct project. This full-time role involves developing safety procedures, supporting incident investigations, and conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to safety policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong safety knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a NEBOSH qualification. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Operational Safety Advisor to join our Transport Infrastructure division working in our Woodside Viaduct project in Glasgow. This is a full time role working on site.
The Woodside Viaduct Project is a major Civil Engineering Project being delivered as part of the wider Network Maintenance Contract for the South West Trunk roads network. With Amey you will be working as a key member of the Principal Contractor’s management and delivery team in collaboration with a number of major sub‑contractors across different engineering disciplines supporting the project delivery.
The standard hours of work are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. This role may require evening or night shifts.
