We’re a growing digital business with big ambitions, with a hands on Managing Director who thrives on building, creating and moving quickly.
To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a confident, highly organised Office Manager to become the backbone of the business. Someone who brings clarity, control and calm to a dynamic environment.
This role isn’t about managing a packed diary or booking constant travel. Instead, it’s about owning the day to day organisation of the business, anticipating what’s needed and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the MD can stay focused on growth.
As the Office Manager, your role will be the central point of organisation and coordination across the business. Bringing structure where it’s needed, keep processes tight and ensuring projects, marketing, developments and anything else in between doesn't slip.
Working closely with the Managing Director, it's integral to be the trusted support and problem solver, while also taking ownership of office operations.
You will need to be someone who genuinely enjoys organisation. You like knowing where everything is, what’s coming next and how to make things work better.
You will likely have previous experience as a PA, EA or Office Manager, and bring confidence in stepping into a growing business where things are evolving.
You will need to have a strong, natural ability to organise. Somebody who is calm, reliable, and in control and have practical hands on experience within taking ownership.
