We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our home in Radstock. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and services.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and improve standards to achieve a good CQC report.
- Handle budget management and financial oversight.
- Foster a welcoming and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Liaise with families, healthcare providers, and external agencies.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to maintain a good CQC report.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ideally you will have a Valid NMC Pin however not essential
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
