Are you an Early Years professional looking for full or part time temporary work?
Do you have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare?

We have daily supply, short and long term temporary assignments throughout East London for NEO, EYPs and Early Years SEND Support staff for our clients who have multiple sites across East and North East London.

Typical duties include working with Children aged 0-5
  • Curriculum and activity delivery: Devise and implement planned activity programs based on the Early Years curriculum.
  • Child development: Support and extend children's learning, encouraging independence, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Child welfare: Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment, support children with Special Educational Needs (SEND), and safeguard their welfare.
  • Positive reinforcement: Provide praise and positive reinforcements to encourage children.
  • Parent/carer support: Support parents and carers in various ways, such as running parenting groups.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues like Room Leaders, Senior staff, and Teachers.
