Role: New Product Developer. Industry Leader in Sensory Provision | Full-Time | Onsite. We're seeking a creative and motivated New Product Developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative development team within a market-leading company in the sensory products sector. This is an opportunity for a degree-level graduate with 1+ years of industry experience (or a standout recent graduate) who thrives on designing innovative, market-ready products. You'll play a key role in the full product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to production—with a strong focus on both technical execution and market relevance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new product ideas from concept to completion.
• Research market trends and identify emerging opportunities.
• Create detailed product specs, CAD models (SolidWorks), and production files (DXFs).
• Collaborate across teams to harness internal creativity and insight.
• Liaise with suppliers to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ensure feasibility of designs, including capital cost calculations.
• Provide product support using tools like Spiceworks.
• Produce graphics and product videos using Adobe Premiere.
