Network Service Technician – Thames Water

Join Thames Water as a Network Service Technician, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and resolving issues within our clean water network, ensuring minimal disruption to customer supply across the Thames Valley area.

What will you be doing?
  • Operate and isolate water mains for planned or emergency works.
  • Own and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Support project work and leakage detection activities.
  • Investigate and resolve network performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and water quality standards.
Essential Criteria
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Strong customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Plumbing, water mains, or leakage experience (advantageous).
  • IT literacy and good time management.
  • Positive attitude and a can‑do approach.

Working Pattern

38 hours/week + rota (1 in 8 late shifts & standby).
