Overview

We are looking to recruit somebody who is customer focused, enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service to all our customers. The post will involve engaging with the local community, stakeholders and ward members to develop and implement plans that reflect the priorities and needs of local communities. You will also be required to promote and implement effective community based partnership work to ensure that plans and improvements are developed and delivered in an inclusive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and implement effective community-based partnership work to ensure plans and improvements are developed and delivered inclusively.
  • Be a good communicator with experience in facilitating and chairing meetings.
  • Work in a Neighbourhood Management environment with partners including voluntary, statutory and private sectors.
  • Maintain a community-focused approach with a demonstrable record of working with local community groups and residents to increase engagement in a geographical ward area.
  • Work with local councillors and active residents.
