Job Title: Multi Trade Plasterer

Salary: 21.70 per hour

We have an opportunity for a Plasterer Multi Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.
• Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds / NVQ in Plastering, Plasterer CSCS Card OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
• Basic Criminal Record Check
