A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance work. The role requires proficiency in joinery or plumbing and includes responsibilities such as attending occupied properties and providing customer service. Candidates should hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification and a valid UK driving license. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave and a pension scheme.

Multi–Trade Operative – Joiner. Location: Kirkstall. Salary: £34,376 – £36,185 per year. 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm. We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team of operatives with a mix of skills and qualifications working on repairs for tenanted properties. The role is mainly lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as required. A company van and power tools are provided; the role covers areas in and around West Yorkshire.
