Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hull
Shifts: 4 on 4 off Nights
Salary: £51,500 + overtime (1.5x) + 10% pension + funded training courses + company share scheme + great annual leave scheme and many more benefits

The Company

Our client is a leading FMCG firm that supplies to the retail industry. The company invests profits back into the business and supports employees through a training matrix.

The Role

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will conduct planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery including slicers, cookers and vacuums, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure machinery uptime.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritise activities and minimise downtime.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience fault finding both mechanically and electrically.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
