Overview

As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) division, you'll bring your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills directly to our members - wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you'll deliver first-class service without the limitations of a traditional garage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site diagnostic, repair, servicing and checks on light vehicles.
• Make on-the-spot decisions to complete quality repairs and deliver peace of mind to RAC members.
• Interact with customers professionally, explaining issues and solutions clearly.
• Operate on the move, meeting different people and solving problems in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
