Responsibilities:
- Attend breakdowns, diagnose vehicle issues and work on the vehicles to get them back on the road, otherwise return vehicle to workshop.
- Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
- Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification preferred; Level 2 acceptable. Equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ are acceptable.
- Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
- A full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
- Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
