A local government authority in Eastbourne is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Officer to ensure the upkeep and security of Children's Residential Homes. The ideal candidate will have relevant building maintenance skills, good time management, and a valid driving license. In this key role the Mobile Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep and security of a range of buildings, ensuring they are well maintained, meet safety standards and are ready to support the essential services our homes need. You will be part of a team but must have the ability to work independently and efficiently. Good time‑keeping skills and a valid driving licence are essential.
