Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our team.

As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards on various sites including schools, offices etc. Must be reliable, a good time keeper and be polite and courteous at all times.

We will guarantee 15 hours for this position, but there will be possible overtime. Must have own reliable vehicle.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in their work. The successful applicant must be flexible as this role is to cover holidays and sickness on various sites around Hull and may occasionally be asked to cover sites in surrounding areas, subject to business needs.

Depending on which site needs the cover you must be available from 3PM-8PM. This is an example of times and will vary depending on which site needs covering.

Working 15 hours per week but could also involve some overtime. The rate of pay is £13 per hour.

A car allowance of £75 per week will also be paid to the successful applicant. Fuel and travel allowance is paid if the applicant travels outside of Hull.

An Enhanced DBS certificate is required for this position which we will help obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces and touch point areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Full Clean Driving Licence and own vehicle
• Previous experience in cleaning preferred, full training will be provided
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with Managers, Cleaning staff and clients
