Our heritage is built upon a century of combined expertise, where creativity meets technology, and diverse perspectives ignite inspiration. With the merger of VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson, we have forged a new path as a growth partner that is part creative agency, part consultancy, and part technology powerhouse. Our global family now encompasses over 30,000 employees across 150+ offices in 64 markets, each contributing to a culture that values connection, belonging, and the power of differences. Our expertise spans the entire customer journey, offering deep insights in communications, commerce, consultancy, CRM, CX, data, production, and technology. We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.

Opportunity:

Are you ready to get in the driver's seat and shape the future of customer relationships for one of the world's most iconic automotive brands?

Role:

As a strategic contributor, you will be an important partner to our client and internal teams, helping to ensure every campaign is rooted in strategic insight drawn from data, industry knowledge and deep customer understanding. You will focus on developing insights from analytics, supporting testing initiatives, and contributing to innovation plans that unlock growth for every part of the client group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of sophisticated data-driven strategies, focused on CRM targeting, messaging, personalisation, and optimisation across 1:1 channels. You will work closely with our world-class creative, data, and account teams to bring strategies to life and help measure performance to fuel continuous improvement. You will be an active voice in the wider strategy team, bringing CRM expertise to collaborative projects. The award-winning strategy team comes together weekly to share thinking, inspiration and solve gnarly problems together. The annual 'Stratfest' in September is a prime example of external headline speakers and inspiration thinkers coming together to elevate our strategic game.

What you'll be driving day-to-day:
  • Contributing to communication strategies for new product launches, helping to integrate them with major ATL campaigns.
  • Supporting the design and development of innovative CRM programmes (such as Welcome, In-Life, Cross-Sell, Win-Back) that cultivate customer loyalty, grow lifetime value and retain customers.
  • Analysing client data and insights to help define audience strategies that resonate on a personal level.
  • Contributing to channel strategy across 1:1 channels, including Email, DM, SMS, App, Web, and Connected Paid Media.
  • Developing messaging frameworks and personalisation plans that make every communication feel unique and relevant.
  • Working with senior strategists to translate data insights into actionable customer strategies.
  • Supporting the measurement and optimisation of CRM campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
Who you are:
  • A developing CRM strategist with approximately 2-3 years of agency or in-house experience, ready to take the next step in your career.
  • You have a strong understanding of CRM principles and the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • You are a natural collaborator, working effectively within cross-functional teams and comfortable working with creative and copy teams to support great work.
  • A strategic and analytical thinker, you see the story behind the numbers and are passionate about using data to drive real business impact.
  • You are proactive, endlessly curious, and thrive on pushing boundaries and learning new things.
  • A strong communicator, with solid organisational, writing, and presentation skills that continue to develop.
  • You are eager to learn from senior team members and build your client relationship skills, contributing to trusted partnerships.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
