Maths Teacher - Part-Time (2 Days/Week) - SEMH All-Through School - Enfield (EN1)

Location: Enfield, EN1
Working Days: 2 Days per Week
Contract Type: Part-Time, Long-Term
Daily Rate: Competitive, Based on Experience

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Maths Teacher to join a nurturing and well-resourced SEMH all-through school located in Enfield (EN1).

About the School
  • All-through provision catering to pupils aged 5-16 with SEMH and associated learning needs
  • Small class sizes with strong support staff to ensure personalised learning
  • Focused on emotional development, behaviour support, and academic progress
  • Supportive senior leadership and a collaborative working culture
The Role
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages (KS2-KS4 depending on timetable)
  • Work 2 days per week (days negotiable)
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Foster a calm, consistent, and nurturing learning environment
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and pastoral staff to provide holistic support
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential)
  • Experience teaching Maths (ideally within SEN/SEMH settings)
  • Strong behaviour management and ability to build trust with students
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a challenging yet rewarding environment
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
