About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our London team and lead the execution of high-impact marketing programs across the UK and Ireland. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through regional field initiatives, including creative brand marketing, integrated campaigns, field marketing, community, and content marketing.

You’ll report to the Marketing Director for UK & Ireland and collaborate closely with the global marketing team, including demand generation, product marketing, content, and design. You’ll be embedded in the regional go-to-market and engagement teams to plan and execute programs that drive customer acquisition, engage target accounts and nurture customer relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and grow Legora’s brand presence in the UK, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all regional marketing activities.
  • Develop regional marketing strategy and campaign plans, defining objectives, target audiences, messaging themes, and channel mix to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead the conception and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating across digital, social, content, and in-person channels to deliver cohesive go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design and manage regional field marketing programs, including industry conferences, community events, sponsorships, and Legora-hosted experiences tailored to UK buyers.
  • Partner with UK sales and partner teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals, account strategies, and customer acquisition priorities.
  • Own end-to-end event production, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee communications, GTM enablement, run‑of‑show planning, content and speaker preparation, onsite execution, and post‑event processing.
  • Develop content amplification strategies that extend the reach of Legora’s thought leadership, product stories, and customer narratives across relevant UK channels.
  • Execute targeted demand‑generation campaigns that support field programs, leveraging email, paid media, social, and out‑of‑home placements to drive attendance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Source and activate customer advocates, identifying UK customers for case studies, co‑marketing opportunities, testimonials, and speaking engagements.
  • Track performance of all regional marketing activities, analyzing results, reporting ROI, and using insights to refine and optimize future programs.
  • Manage relationships with regional agencies, vendors, and marketing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, quality execution, and budget adherence.
  • Generate creative concepts that elevate brand experience, enhancing engagement, differentiation, and the overall impact of Legora’s presence at every touchpoint.
What You Bring

  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Customer.io) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
