Job Description:

In this role, you will support and execute a variety of marketing activities to ensure brand consistency, drive engagement across trade and consumer channels, and assist with campaign planning, content creation, and performance tracking.

  • Ensure all marketing content is brand‑aligned and resonates with the intended audience
  • Oversee and manage the marketing calendar, tracking key activities and deadlines
  • Create, refine, and review written content across digital and print to maintain brand consistency
  • Execute regular email campaigns for agents and consumers, and analyse their effectiveness
  • Administer trade social media channels, support BDM engagement, and moderate audience interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep website content for .co.uk and .eu up to date
  • Produce marketing assets in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and assist with editing video content
  • Provide marketing support to trade partners, creating customised brochures, flyers, and digital assets
  • Maintain and update data within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud; oversee brochure and merchandise distribution
  • Support virtual events and media enquiries, while tracking competitor activity and sharing insights with the wider team
Experience Required:
  • MUST have previous experience in a marketing role
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
  • Able to produce marketing materials and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines
  • Experience using CRM systems, or Salesforce
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised with effective time management skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
