Are you fluent in Polish? Here’s an exciting opportunity to work on a Polish account! Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. In this role, you will assist with implementing and supporting marketing activities as outlined in the company’s annual marketing plan, in line with the strategy set by the marketing management team. As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include providing general marketing support for the business, creating and executing a range of activities aimed at customer acquisition, retention and reactivation across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company websites to ensure product and marketing content is current, accurate, regularly refreshed, and optimised for search engines.
  • Manage and implement the web content plan, ensuring that product and marketing content (including promotional landing pages, FAQs, advice articles, blog posts, and product content) is created and uploaded to the website in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to regular “housekeeping” tasks to ensure web content is consistently refreshed and up to date.
  • Support the PPC specialist by writing ad copy and assisting with the ongoing optimisation of paid search campaigns and SEO rankings. This includes acting on recommendations for content improvement, identifying strong keywords for campaigns, and monitoring competitor behaviour and content.
  • Continually monitor competitors in the Polish market, focusing on channels, publications, and messaging.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating and posting content and campaigns to drive followers and engagement.
  • Write and post comments for social media, with a key focus on services, products, and industry news or updates.
  • Create digital assets to support campaigns, for use on the website, in email campaigns, and across social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in the look and feel of all content created, adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Create, build, and execute email campaigns, including content and assets.
  • Develop and manage automated email programmes to ensure they run smoothly, with regular reporting (monthly/quarterly). Work with the team to identify and implement improvements.
  • Provide marketing support and execution for specific campaigns and sales activities to generate traffic, enquiries, leads, and customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure sales follow-up, outbound activities, and other efforts receive the appropriate marketing input and support.
  • Manage Allegro listings, content, and paid advertising to increase sales and revenue

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with effective time and workload management.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of marketing channels and processes.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of data and comfort working with it.
  • Ideally, experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of campaign KPIs and an understanding of customer and acquisition data metrics.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud to create digital assets.
