Job Scope / Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase cafe and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, or special event campaigns (e.g., coffee festivals, Christmas promos, etc.).
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow the sales products via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee etc.).
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) to promote menu items and in-store experiences.
- Monitor analytics and engagement rates, and adjust digital strategies accordingly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews online.
3. Promotions & Events
- Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and collaborations with local influencers or brands.
- Organize café events such as live music nights, coffee workshops, or tasting sessions.
- Partner with local businesses, communities, or food delivery platforms for cross-promotions.
4. Branding & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Work with the design team or use tools (like Canva) to create posters, flyers, menus, and digital ads.
- Maintain attractive in-store visual merchandising and signage.
5. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing and service strategies.
- Design and manage customer loyalty programs (e.g., stamp cards, point systems).
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the café experience.
6. Budget Management & Reporting
- Track and manage marketing budget.
- Measure ROI for all campaigns and provide regular performance reports.
- Recommend cost-effective strategies for outreach and growth.
