Moxie and Mettle is recruiting for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of the marketing activity. This is a hands‑on position that blends creativity with structure, requiring someone who can confidently manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, and maintain a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand consistency, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the company’s values and ambitions. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing executive who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing high‑quality work, and understands how effective marketing contributes to business growth. The Marketing Executive will take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and successful running of all marketing activity.
You will bring a blend of creativity, structure and commercial awareness. You will be self‑motivated, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision‑making. Experience working with external agencies, CRM systems and digital marketing tools will be highly beneficial.
