We are working closely with an entrepreneurial SME housing developer who have exciting growth plans in place to increase delivery and turnover in the coming years.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing property development business. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for a recent marketing graduate or someone with early experience, particularly in property or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Review and check 3D floorplans, flythroughs, site signage, and listings
• Spot errors in plans and marketing materials - accuracy is key
• Help manage site presentation and signage updates
• Support the sales team.
• Sites visit- onsite parking available
• General marketing admin - help with plans, images, signage, and documents
