Qualifications

• Previous experience working with CNC woodworking machinery would be highly desirable.
• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record of minor maintenance work on various machinery.
• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing plant ensuring repairs are correctly and safely executed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and undertake planned preventative maintenance on all factory machinery.
• Resolve mechanical breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor air handling plant and address breakdowns as necessary.

Skills

Experience with CNC woodworking machinery

Mechanical problem-solving skills

Understanding of process improvement

Education

HNC / ONC in Mechanical Engineering

NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering
