A leading building controls manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer based in Surrey. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a lean manufacturing/continuous improvement role within an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Kaizen events and implementing lean strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping.

  • Lead improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate on new product introductions ensuring smooth transitions to production.
  • Assist in optimizing products, identifying and resolving lifecycle issues.
