Job summary

Overview

Our Client based in Shelf HX3 is looking for Maintenance technician to join their team on permanent basis.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm - 37.5 hrs per week

Pay rate 14.50 phr

Responsibilities
  • To make sure every order and activity are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • To make sure every process and activity are carried in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • To carry out any maintenance in a clean and organized manor
  • To ensure each toolbox is clean, tidy and has the correct tools
  • To ensure all machines are correctly set up
  • To check all the batch codes
  • Carry out regular maintenance and service each machine
  • Make sure the service log and machine handover log are kept up to date
  • Carry out general maintenance work throughout the premises
  • Test a fire alarm on regular basis
Requirements
  • Experience of engineering
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, with good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, helping achieve the departmental goals.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and use initiative.
  • Proactive and energetic.
  • Focused and an effective communicator
  • A good understanding and knowledge in H&S
