Maintenance Engineering Manager x 2 - FMCG - Uttoxeter - New!

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Looking for a role where you can inspire teams and influence strategy? We’re seeking two Engineering Maintenance Managers to lead dedicated engineering teams and play a pivotal role in the future of a major manufacturing operation in Uttoxeter.

You’ll report into the Head of Engineering and each lead half of the site – with full responsibility for performance, compliance, strategy, and people development. This is a role with real influence, visibility, and the chance to make change happen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a skilled team of engineers, electricians, and technicians (around 12 people)
• Owning your area’s budget, strategy, and maintenance plan
• Driving continuous improvement projects and embedding new practices
• Building capability through succession planning, coaching, and development
• Ensuring safety and compliance remain front and centre

What we’re looking for:

• Proven engineering leadership (5+ years, ideally food/FMCG or similar)
• Track record managing budgets and large teams
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical (HNC/HND )
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• IOSH awareness (or willingness to complete training)
