Overview

Role: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corby

Salary: £42,000 - 45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Shift Pattern: Panama shift (Days and Nights)

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules
  • Work closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimally
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Electrical skills and knowledge would be useful
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
