M&E Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 Plus Package
Location: Central London
Region: London

An M&E Project Manager is required to work for a reputable main contractor in Central London.

The project is a multi-billion pound mega project working on a mixed-use scheme.

The purpose of this role for an M&E Project Manager is to manage the mega mixed-use scheme, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

Ideal Candidate

• 7-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Degree qualified or similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Project Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion.
• Experience working on mixed-use schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.
