Commercial Manager

London | Hybrid (flexible working, minimum 3 days in the office over 2 weeks)

We’re supporting a fast-growing, PE-backed consumer finance business that is redefining the customer experience in financial services. The Role

As Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving balance growth across key in-life programmes including Balance Transfers, Money Transfers, and Installment Plans. This is a strategic, data-led role where you’ll shape customer journeys, optimise performance, and ensure that every campaign is competitive, compliant, and customer-centric.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Analytics, CRM, Product, Tech, Operations and Legal, ensuring end-to-end delivery of impactful programmes. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll use data and insights to inform campaign design, embed a test-and-learn culture, and drive measurable growth and engagement.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial, product, or marketing role

  • Strong background in managing lifecycle campaigns and driving commercial outcomes

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for customer-first marketing with a commercial edge

  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams

  • Legal and commercial awareness of in-life programmes a strong advantage

Industry experience in financial services would be ideal, but candidates from other highly regulated industries (e.g. telecoms, utilities) will also be considered.
