• Previous relevant liability adjusting or claims handling experience.
• Excellent client relationship building, report writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, organisational & planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with Insurers, Policyholders and Brokers.
• Investigation of allocated claims in the field or from the desk.
• Compilation of all necessary evidence and relevant documentation.
• Preparation of Preliminary Reports detailing the evidence available.
• Determine appropriate action for resolution of the case.
