A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Lewisham. You will provide support to primary pupils, assist with various learning activities, and promote a positive environment. We’re working with a range of fantastic primary schools in Lewisham who are looking for skilled and supportive Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are ideal for experienced TAs ready to step into settings where their contribution really counts.
Providing 1:1 and small group support, including for pupils with EHCPs
Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and early intervention strategies
Supporting class teachers with classroom prep and lesson delivery
Promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
Helping to build a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
A recognised Level 3 TA qualification
Proven experience in a primary school setting
A nurturing, proactive approach with excellent communication skills
Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
