If you hold a Level 3 TA qualification and have a passion for helping primary pupils thrive, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re working with a range of fantastic primary schools in Lewisham who are looking for skilled and supportive Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are ideal for experienced TAs ready to step into settings where their contribution really counts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support, including for pupils with EHCPs

• Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and early intervention strategies

• Supporting class teachers with classroom prep and lesson delivery

• Promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing

• Helping to build a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised Level 3 TA qualification

• Proven experience in a primary school setting

• A nurturing, proactive approach with excellent communication skills

• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
