Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
  • Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters and close deals.
  • Provide timely updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
  • Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
  • Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
  • Quickly resolve any issues during the viewing and leasing process.

Salary : OTE 50000

Working Hours : This is a full‑time role based on 5 days per week with shifts scheduled within our core operating hours of Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 8:00pm.

Location : Our office in Southwark / Waterloo. The role involves daily travel across London using public transport (no driving licence required).

Role and Responsibilities

As a Letting Negotiator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service : Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.

Viewings : Attend property viewings engage with prospective renters and close deals to exceed sales targets.

Communication : Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.

Proactive Engagement : Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.

Data Management : Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.

Problem Solving : Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
