A well-known organisation is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner in Hertfordshire. The role involves owning the Training Plan, managing Induction, and supporting Group-wide training initiatives. Candidates should have proven experience in L&D, strong communication skills, and ideally hold a CIPD qualification. Salary is up to £50,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and excellent benefits.
Great opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join this well known organisation based in Hertfordshire where you will build capability and culture. This role requires you to be on site in Hertfordshire for 4 days per week.
You will be reporting into the Engagement and Talent Manager where you will be delivering from determining development needs of the employees as well as being involved in leading impactful learning initiatives.
Salary - up to £50,000 plus £5,000 car allowance and very good benefits.
