Process Improvement/ Lean Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: c£45,000 + company car or car allowance
Location:> West Midlands (UK travel)
\Tasked with developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies in both manufacturing and company processes, you will collaborate with the operational & engineering team to perform DMAIC activities to eliminate inefficiencies across the business and provide technical guidance to enhance production quality and efficiency. You will monitor and analyse KPI's to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action where needed, driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimise operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
