Qualifications

• Strong understanding of short-term GB power and gas markets, particularly intraday and day-ahead trading.
• Experience with trading platforms and operational reporting systems.
• Proven experience in energy trading and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily trading desk operations ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Support recruitment and performance development of team members.
• Monitor and report on shift performance against KPIs.

Skills
