A national property consultancy is looking for an individual to undertake the Acquisition of Land/Rights in Land and carry out Compensation work on major Utility and Infrastructure projects. Candidates should hold a degree related to Land, possess strong negotiation and organisational skills, and have a proven track record in managing workloads. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality client services within a collaborative, people-first environment.

Our large multi-disciplinary team is highly experienced in sales and purchase, valuation, leasing and strategy across urban and rural property sectors with specialist expertise in the areas of commercial, transport, utilities and public sector.
The purpose of the job is to undertake the Acquisition of Land/Rights in Land and carry out Compensation work, including work on major Utility and Infrastructure projects which are nationally significant plus other major and minor transport, gas, water and electricity schemes. With an interest in land activities, candidates will have suitable transferable experience and skills to facilitate delivery of land referencing, negotiating land rights and dealing with compensation claims. The job will require someone who has a proven track record in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities, the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines, providing an effective and efficient platform for the team to operate successfully.
