Pro Staff is currently working with a residential Developer who are looking to appoint a Land & Development Graduate to join their Land & Development team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and planning through to technical design and delivery, supported by a structured graduate development programme.

Key Duties
  • Assist with identifying and appraising land opportunities
  • Support site research, feasibility, and planning assessments
  • Use mapping tools to review site constraints
  • Assist with development appraisals and viability work
  • Support legal, agent, and consultant coordination
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations
About You
  • Degree in Planning, Property, Construction, Geography or similar
  • Strong interest in land acquisition and development
  • Organised, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Good IT and communication skills
