Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant – Belfast – Part Time

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our client who specialises in renovating kitchens. The showroom is on Lisburn Road.

Role Overview

As a Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers, showcase products and services, book site visits, handle enquiries, maintain showroom cleanliness and perform general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide product & service information (kitchen doors, worktops, handles, etc.)
  • Arrange and book appointments for home/site visits to take measurements.
  • Take and follow up phone, internet and email enquiries.
  • Assist customers in choosing colours, styles and finishes.
  • Ensure showroom is clean, tidy and well presented at all times.
  • Carry out general admin duties (quotations, spreadsheet updates, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a showroom or consumer‑facing retail role (kitchens, bathrooms, builders merchant, DIY store).
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage customers.
  • Proficiency with IT: email, Word, Excel and Microsoft suite.
  • Confident, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to convert enquiries into leads or site visits.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and alternate Saturdays.
  • Live within a commutable distance to Lisburn Road Showroom.
