Location: Wellingborough/Rushden
Hours: Full Time | Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We’re excited to invite a dynamic KS1 Teacher to join our friendly, supportive school in Wellingborough and Rushden for the upcoming academic year starting this September!

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a vibrant, nurturing primary school community in the area. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an ECT ready to shine, this could be the next step in your teaching journey.

About the Role

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging, high-quality teaching to children aged 5-7, fostering a love of learning across all subjects.

Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and inspired.

Planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional support needs.

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support each child’s progress and wellbeing.

Contributing to the wider school community and participating in ongoing professional development.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 and early education

Can create a classroom filled with curiosity, creativity, and kindness

Has strong classroom management and inspiring teaching techniques

Works well in a team and communicates clearly with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Is nurturing, resilient, and ready to make a lasting difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
