  • Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and personalise learning to meet individual needs.
  • Promote curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through creative, play-based, and hands‑on activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
