An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join a respected consultancy delivering high-quality healthcare construction projects across London. This is an ideal role for a motivated Junior Project Manager with 2+ years’ experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of healthcare construction schemes from inception to completion. The successful candidate will liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and professional teams, ensuring all project milestones, health and safety protocols, and contractual obligations are met.

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate project records using digital management platforms, supporting the application of internal quality procedures, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Candidates must be comfortable managing competing priorities, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Please note, the Junior Project Manager will be required to travel to multiple project sites across London.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction project coordination or similar
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare construction is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general IT systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence

In Return:

  • £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
