A market-leading luxury brand who supply their sustainable, design-led products to discerning clients worldwide are looking for a hands‑on and proactive Junior Operations Manager to join their London team.
You will have end‑to‑end involvement across supplier management, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and fulfilment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage of the end‑to‑end operations and supply chain for the business across supply chain, fulfilment, inventory management, and international & domestic logistics
- Ensure swift and cost effective delivery to both domestic and international clients, providing a first class service at all times
- Build strong relationships with warehouse and shipping partners to streamline distribution, championing communication and operational alignment
- Ensure inventory and stock availability is optimised across the business
- Work with freight partners, customs clearance paperwork, tariffs, etc, to ensure swift, accurate, and cost‑effective shipping solutions
- Act as the operational link between production, sales, and third‑party logistics providers, ensuring strong alignment across the board
- Involvement with product compliance across both UK and international regulations, including GPSR, FSC compliance, plastic tax, etc
- Manage the operational performance metrics, developing and tracking KPIs that drive continuous improvement
- Take a proactive, hands‑on approach to resolving challenges and improving processes
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain within a product‑based business,preferably within categories such as homewares or lifestyle products
- Good knowledge of both production and inventory management
- Experience across international fulfilment and compliance, including exports and regulatory changes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly at all levels
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to foresee problems and propose solutions
- A passion for quality and delivering customer satisfaction
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big‑picture thinking and hands‑on execution
- Highly organised with a process‑driven approach and strong attention to detail
- Confident using Excel, CRM platforms, and supply chain tools
- Experience in a scaling or SME business where agility and adaptability are essential
