Qualifications

The Role

As a Junior Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to deliver large-scale data centre projects. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear career progression path, with the expectation of stepping into a full Project Manager role within 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior project managers in the delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and management of on-site activities
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
