Responsibilities

• Strategic / Creative Thinking - Learn and understand the art of thinking sideways with every design idea. Challenging convention and being unafraid to suggest ideas that feel like wildcards. Be brave and not too precious.
• Presenting, Selling work, and dealing with feedback - Help support the wider team to create presentations that organise ideas and thinking. Learn and understand how to make these presentations engaging and digestible for a client, take them on a journey.
• Design Skill + Craft - Uphold standards in design craft: Have a keen eye for detail and good understanding of type and layout.
• Organisation + Project Management - work alongside the rest of your project team to ensure you have a good understanding of deliverables and the work needed for key meetings.
