A leading financial services provider in the UK is seeking a Customer Data Administrator to join their expanding team in Stratford upon Avon. This role is ideal for candidates at all experience levels, offering a full-time, 3/4 month contract with potential for extension. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving customer data issues and supporting project work, with a requirement to be on-site three days a week. Our leading financial services client in Warwickshire is expanding their Customer Data team, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a friendly and forward‑thinking team that plays a key role in maintaining the quality of customer data.
These opportunities could suit a school or university leaver, someone returning to work after a break, or someone in between roles who is looking to gain valuable experience with a leading financial services business before taking their next career step.
You will be required to identify and resolve customer data issues using the client’s core systems, and follow agreed standards, targets, and SLA’s. The role involves supporting some project‑based work and requires being on‑site 3 days per week.
The initial contract is for 3‑4 months with the potential for an extension or to move into a permanent role.
We require applicants to be adaptable to the ever‑changing needs of the role, whilst maintaining a proactive and customer‑orientated approach. Candidates are required to pass an online test before being invited to interview to assess your ability to do the role.
