Overview

The successful candidate will need to commute to our Sheffield office twice a week.

The Global Business Transformation team is responsible for driving continuous improvements to internal processes, procedures, and systems to reduce operating costs and improve the end-user and client experience. The team endeavours to increase revenue prospects by identifying and implementing the necessary changes required to enable the business to perform at optimum capacity.

The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of small to moderate business transformation projects and initiatives which make tangible and evident improvements to the internal and external client experience, throughout the organisation.

In addition, the Associate Business Analyst assists the Global Business Transformation team in driving business transformation initiatives, from concept to implementation, to deliver efficiencies and profits and reduce overhead costs for Insight.

Responsibilities
  • Work on singular team processes e.g., product set up processes.
  • Manage business analysis activities for one or multiple process/system improvement assignments.
  • Represent the Global Business Transformation organisation in cross functional process/system design and development efforts to ensure optimal end to end solutions.
  • Guide teams through simple and or standard business process analysis, requirements definition, and problem solving, leveraging a range of business analysis techniques.
  • Identify, analyse, and recommend business process changes and improvements for assigned projects.
  • Introduce and maintain highly repeatable and reliable processes, as well as supporting standards.
  • Follow Business Transformation methodology and document business processes, and also ensure process documentation is current.
  • Drive collaboration between stakeholders and subject matter experts to support needs resolution.
