Overview

Stefanini is a global IT services company with over 88 offices in 39 countries across the globe. Since 1987, Stefanini has been providing offshore, onshore and near-shore IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure outsourcing (helpdesk support and desktop services), systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing to enterprises around the world. We are currently looking for a Junior Support Engineer with Serbian to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • You will talk with clients (via email, phone and chat) to help them solve IT issues, including account password resets, Internet connectivity issues, and emailing options.
  • You will log in remotely to clients' computers to resolve software issues.
  • You will document issues in the ticketing system on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
  • Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Advanced level of Serbian, English and Polish.
  • Can-do attitude, high adaptability, and resilience.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
