A leading defence organisation in Stevenage is seeking a professional for a Procurement & Supply Chain role. The candidate should have experience with Ivalua and strong communication skills. This position offers a salary of circa £50,000 and the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. The role involves supporting procurement processes and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operations.

3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
MBDA's Ivalua solution covers the complete "Source to Receipt" process available to MBDA users and their associated vendors. Ivalua is qualified to manage non-sensitive information. Since the beginning of 2018, it has been gradually deployed in three countries: France, United Kingdom and Italy. The users concerned represent a population of approximately 7000 across the group.
The role will require working with the UK and Group Procurement (Italy, France and Germany), the overall Systems Integrator and our partners. It will include supporting the uses and their activities on Ivalua, SAP and Readsoft Systems, the MBDA tools that connect with Ivalua.
