A leading engineering manufacturer in Beccles is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure the functionality of IT systems, desktop applications, networks, and servers. Qualifications

• Experience working with IT systems, networks, and various software.
• Proven experience of networking operating systems including Windows Server.
• Experience of Microsoft Exchange Server, ADSL internet connectivity, and building desktops/servers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all site users' PCs/laptops are up to date.
• Maintenance of site servers and antivirus systems.
• Ensure daily backups are completed successfully.
